Chairman Famod Konneh of FELMAUSA BOD

Accusing fingers have been pointed at Mr. Famod Konneh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Federation of Liberian Mandingo Associations in the USA, FELMAUSA, for allegedly disconnecting, blocking and muting few members from the electoral process, but Mr. Konneh insists the process was free, fair and transparent.

At the same time, Musa Fofana of Atlanta, Georgia has been elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of FELMAUSA. Mr. Fofana was elected by FELMAUSA board members representing the States of New York, Arizona, Maryland, Georgia, and Minnesota. RELATED STORY

If you were a part of the electoral process, what is your experience from the election last night? Do you see this as another setback for the federation? How is this going to affect the up-coming inauguration of President-elect Bangalee Trawally alias B.T.? Do you need the intervention of another Imam to settle the dust? Or would it be fair to have both the presidential and board elections over since they were all marked by disagreements?
